btv167 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failure, power outages, or natural disasters.
You may close your btv167 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, btv167 will process any remaining real-money balance for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the conditions in Clause 6. Any unconverted bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.
btv167 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, btv167 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.
